Mercy Ministry
Steve and the ministry believe the Great Commission is more than fulfilling Matthew 28:18-20 and Mark 16:15-18 of going, preaching, healing and delivering but also includes Matthew 25:31-46, to feed, clothe, provide water, give shelter and visit those in prision as well as minister to the needs of widows and orphans, James 1:27.
Internationally we attempt to do this as God provides but in the US we have been doing this for over fifteen years, first through a Christian Health Club, then a mission outreach called the Jesus House beside the Ohio State University campus and over the last ten years throught the H.E.L.P. House Community Outreach Center which was founded by Steve and his mother Dee Heilman who is the director.
If you desire to give to the H.E.L.P. House please send an e-mail confirming your offering is for the H.E.L.P. House.
